Gabriele Tagi is the only shareholder and Chairman/Director of Ethics & Performance Ltd, however a number of selected international professional partnerships, sharing the same values, permits to manage also very complex international projects requiring the involvement of several people.

As a matter of fact, when required, Ethics & Performance can also act as arranger and coordinator of a pool of professionals involved in the same large project, as well as participate with specific advisory/management assignments to specific projects.     

Our business model is quite flexible and can for instance envisage four different cases:

1. E&P acts as the only advisor.

2. E&P acts as advisor and coordinator of more advisors/managers selected by the client.

3. E&P act as advisor and coordinator of a number of professional selected by E&P

4. E&P participates with specific assignments to a larger project not coordinated by E&P.

Flexibility permits always to find the best solution for the client.
